Rebounding and free throw shooting are still a little scary, but hopefully both will improve before the competition toughens up.

I remember last year when scoring over 60 points was a struggle, now it seems like scoring under 70 points is going to be a struggle. This years team is night and day compared to last years one.

Especially if we decide to start making our freethrows. This game could've been by 50 if that were the case.

Our offense was off at the start but Scott cleaned it up once he went in. Love his catalyst ability off the bench.

I don't think the rebounding will be as bad as people think. Especially when Dendy comes back. We out-rebounded them 52 to 27 tonight and only gave up 4 offensive boards which is the best this season.

We'd been giving up an unusual amount of offensive boards the first few games because the opponent's FG% was so low. Tonight, was the best by far, though.

No argument on the free throws. that will come back to haunt us down the road if we don't get that fixed. I'm really surprised that a McD coached team that we're that bad. The ironic thing is that our bigs seem to shoot better than our guards.

When do the next AP polls come out? Tomorrow?

WHEN DO THE POLLS COME OUT?????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry, I just had to. Back in the day when the ESPN boards ruled the roost, this question was asked about every 2 hours or so. It became a running joke on the MBB board.

No kidding. Tickets will be selling out quickly!

We need a packed house for the UNI game.

Some really good non conf home games to buy tickets to. I hope people really step up, because when Hilton is full its a really fun place to watch the clones.

And not packed with purple. That was irritating last time, and I really don't want to hear people chanting "UNI...............UNI................UNI" in the parking lot this year. No offense to UNI, but I won't mind if we obliterate them this year.

If y'all don't have tickets for that game yet, get on it, and get to Hilton ready for action!

Scary to think of how good Gilstrap, Dendy, and Brackins can be on the floor together. Gotta love that line-up with DG (who is turning out to be a solid PG) and a shooter on the floor (Lucca or SC).

A stat that is really impressive to me.....of the 37 baskets made by ISU, 25 were with an assist. That is fantastic!

Wow...I had no idea that was the case. That's a huge stat, especially considering how many of these guys are new to the team. Great chemistry and great execution.
