AP got hurt in '06, Mac's last year. He basically ran circles around everyone and hurt himself going into the end zone.

'07 was the year ISU sort of competed for a while.

Seeing how the last time we beat Oklahoma, there was still like 6 years left of the Big 8 and most, if not all, of our players were not even born yet, I'd rather beat the Sooners.

Yup, I believe it was still a 1 possession game mid 4th quarter but just couldn't grab onto anything with the offense. The year after that was semi-close in Ames (without Jake Knott)
