If you could ask any favorite former player a serious question what would it be? I'm planning a few surprises here in the near future and want your input!

Why don't foreign born players wear the flag of their native country on the uniform? Are they even offered that oppertunity? What is the point of making them wear an American flag. I understand the tradition started during the first Gulf War to show patriotism, but how does that apply to an Australian or Canadian that were our allies?

My question would be for Pop. Is coaching in your future after you finish playing? Would you come back to Iowa State to coach if you had the chance?

Or how about the flags of both their native country and the country in which they play? I've often thought about this as I watch foreign players stand through our national anthem.

I would like to ask Max Urick why he sucked so much. And Jim Walden what it felt like to quit on the job. Danny Mac what he really thinks of Hayden Fry. Gmac what happened between him and Wesley Johnson. And of course Gene Chizik what it feels like to be firmly entrenched.

WBB, dudes, WBB forum!

Honestly I cannot think of a single question I would ask here to than in turn be asked of a former WBB player.

Well, maybe one question for Poppens. "How did you improve your freethrow shooting so dramatically?" Only because I don't recall ever seeing a player go from awful to very good at the line in the course of their time in college.

I would want to know about team chemistry since it has obviously been a problem the past couple of years, but I doubt if they have done enough together since the departure of the last batch of seniors to really know.

Ok, for the most part no serious questions for the interview I'm working on...still a chance for you WBB fans...
Since you won't be interviewing Pop, then ask any or all of the Cyclone freshman what was the biggest thing they learned over the past season and what is the biggest thing that they have to improve on over the summer.

I'm going to be chatting with a former player so I'll ask about what created team chemistry on the team's she was on. Good question! I'll also rephrase and ask what the biggest thing she realized she had to work on after her freshman year (lessons learned).
