Hard pass. Him and his family are constantly throwing subtle shade at iowa state on instagram. Give him all you got.

Maybe when he is announced in the lineup the students could bring some fake money with them and throw it up in the air when he comes out. Its all about home court advantage and getting into players heads and I see no harm in booing and heckling a guy that probably left us because he got offered some NIL money to transfer. I get the irony that we take in a lot of transfers too and I bet a lot of them would get heckled too if we were playing at their old schools. Hunter's situation is a bit different as he stayed in the same conference and was probably one of the top transfers in the portal so you would expect that any school would probably do the same in that situation unless there was some kind of special circumstances like a coaching change or legit family/location reason to change schools.

Texas vs Gonzaga was the same as Texas/Bama in football. Everyone took a flukey game and convinced themselves Texas was good.

Hunter had his monthly good shooting game, he'll go back to turning it over like he's making pancakes. Texas is still Texas. Gonzaga stinks.

So you're posting to ignore someone you want ignored. Bringing more attention to the person you want ignored. Causing more posts about someone you want ignored. Seems to be backfiring. See, even I'm posting about it and woke up this morning without a thought of this former player in my head.
Well ohhh yeah? Nobody woke up with a thought of YOU in their head until you posted this. So there.

Boo the **** out of him. Still have fond memories of the Adam Haluska return game. The crowd was relentless to him and it was awesome. Hunter will be hated just as much if not more.

Hunter is buying free nachos for the entire crowd at Hilton.

Not only is he getting $0 in NIL money, he is going to spend thousands and go into debt to help ISU fans have a good time.

Might as well just go with the narrative, since anyone is a "hater" if they point out the obvious reality.

I love the idea of the chaching sound effect from the actual PA. Would be hilarious.

Especially since he feels he has to lie about it, you know he really feels weird. If he didn't care he'd just be honest. I genuinely wish he didn't feel like he has to lie, ISU fans would prefer if he just left for the cash instead of this nonsense that he wanted LESS money than he'd get at ISU.

My guess is if NIL sticks around in five years none of these guys will feel guilty about cashing that check the way he does.

Absolutely boo him and make it an uncomfortable environment. However, he's a resilient kid and it wouldn't surprise me if he respinded with a great game.

It's really silly to say he isn't good. He was a major factor in the great bounceback season last year, as a true freshman. He jyst scored 26 in a trouncing of Gonzaga. His defense and leadership are indisputable. I expect he'll have a really good season.

And I no longer care. Except twice a year (potentially 3 times), when I hope he struggles.

I'm too lazy right now to search around but there are really people saying that he isn't good? He's plenty good and would probably single-handedIy move us up 2 spots in the conference standings this year. Think most of us are just saying he's a deceitful POS that won't tell everyone the real reason he left.

He wins the breakup unless we beat Texas and have a better season.
I suspect that TX is actually pretty good this year, and it is not all from Hunter transferring. It is what it is. As far as I am concerned, go ahead and boo him. If he doesn't get booed it might throw him off, because he has to be expecting it.
