Yep, when you absolutely pull defeat from the jaw of victory in a way that seems almost impossible the way people perceive your abilities is bound to diminish some rather quickly.

If this were a pay site, then there would be reason to complain. Since it's not, CW should be free to take vacation whenever he likes. That said, farmers know not to book a vacation during October, November, April and May. People who run college sports sites should probably not plan a vacation from September through November...minus the bye week. That and at least the conference portion of the MBB season.

So August to the Holidays and then the holidays until March. So he can only take vacation during 4 months. Jeez people. The dude took off a weekend and there's plenty of others covering the clones for CF and other publications. The amount of work CW does and we get it for free is incredible.

Only Iowa state would have the publisher of one of its biggest fan sites TAKE A VACATION during one of the 12 days of the year they have a football game. Even worse, he didn't even watch the game!

That is just an embarrassment in so many ways.

This site has grown a lot under CW, they have staff and keep up on everything, content provided is solid and as accurate as they can make it. I think he has earned the right to do what he wants. The cost of the site right for those who choose to read and post on it. The work gets done I don't see the reason for complaining.
