Depending on how it was used (i.e. made somebody think it was an actual firearm), the charges could be pretty bad. I think there's quite a bit of lattitude for definition of "Deadly Weapon".

You can't count this one. They have librarians shushing everyone so people can study. I hear they disapprove of the sneakers squeaking as well but so far have not been able to force any changes through.
