Iowa's offense has been much better in the three games since Fran shuffled the line-up (inserting Clemmons, removing McCabe, and shifting everyone else "up" or "over" a position). This game will come down to which trend so far this season holds true: Iowa not being able to defend against adequate teams, or Iowa State turning the ball over too much. Which ever team is able to reverse the course of those trends wins this one by 3-8 points IMO.

Anything can happen on any single game. Turnovers, shooting percentage, FT shot attempts all factor obviously.

I'm cautious because its in Carver but overall if we played 10 times on a neutral court I would say we would win 6 of them.

I like our individual matchups and maturity/age.

But they also have more Iowa kids so they may get up for it more than our team

8 or 9, you guys are getting too worried. We've reigned KL back, but let's let him and the transition offense go, they can't keep up.

I hope you are wrong. It does us no good if they are garbage. We win, and it doesn't matter because they suck. We lose, and it is a disaster. I hope we win, and Iowa goes on to win the Big 10. Makes us look better.

Not much point in living then, I guess.
Might be a good idea to reel in the extremes for one game.

I'm not worried about how to deal with Woodbury. He avgs 17 mins/ game.

Marble and White can kill you. Don't forget about Oglesby when he gets subbed in.

Hit the boards, limit turnovers, clamp down on D, move the ball/ penetrate on offense. I think Iowa's weakness is still man to man defense- they have some slower-footed guys. Get them on their heels and in foul trouble.

I actually bet on ISU contrary to my previous posting(s). I just liked the way the line landed and couldn't resist. If we lose I'll be so ****** that a few dollars on top of that won't matter.

I like ISU in a very close one regardless of the line.
