I agree. And it sounds like prohm is pissed that they didn't follow the game plan. He's pretty quick to blame himself so if he's mad at the players, I believe him.
Similar to what he said after Cinncy about walking the ball up the court and not attacking on offense. I can't believe the players want to play slow down.

Solomon had position inside all night. The one time they threw it down to him he easily found a great shot but was so surprised he finally had the ball he missed the bunny. Players are being downright selfish and looking for their own. There is NO ball movement and if Prohm can't see what's right in front of him and change it this could be a tough year.

Also thought Young's defense and ability not to foul in some situations was very encouraging considering Holden averages a foul a minute.

Hoiberg left prohm with no young players and left late in the year. The lack of players is a lot on him. Maybe he should have ******* done his job.

I'm sure that Fred's offense would have scored 64 points tonight. Some of you will be placing the 2019 losses on Fred. How about Prohm taking some personal responsibility for not having this team prepared.

Really hoping our guys take this as a BIG wake up call and take care of the next two teams handily and make a statement against TTU and have some momentum going into Baylor.

He inherited a team that lost in first round. He should get some credit for last year. Apparently we can't blame fred in part for lack of recruiting. But prohm gets nothing for last year?
Seriously? You need to check yourself. Maybe you are part of CSP's Bible study. This guy is not ready for prime time. No, he get's nothing for last year--because we should have finished better in the conference.... you remember...we use to cut down the nets in KC. That seems like a long lost memory.

There were a couple times tonight where Young had good position posting up and Matt/Naz would not either look or pass the ball to him. They would dribble in a couple steps, do a step back, and miss the shot.

One tiny thing that is driving me crazy on a night when a million huge things are pissing me off: Gonzaga quit playing basketball in the 2nd half. Yet, that's what we are going to keep pointing too this year? That we were amazing the 2nd half of that game? We don't want Gonzaga again.

Personally I thought we passed too much, we needed someone to get selfish and score some baskets tonight. I'm done with the "selfish, hero ball" narrative sometimes you need that, especially when you've got 21 points at HT vs. like the 300th rated defense in the nation.

It's at times like these that I like to think that all posters are either 12 or drunk. Heck, sometimes I like to think it's both. It helps me keep my faith in my fellow Cyclones fans.

We were hitting shots that game regardless of whether they quit or not because in tonight's game we weren't hitting the shot we made in the gonzaga second half
