You might be right. Wouldn't surprise me if we have to wait a little longer.
I was hoping the chrome helmets would be a one time thing.... do not like at all.
We were about 3 years behind the curve on the matte helmets (which were awful), and we're now about 3 or 4 years behind on the chrome helmets too (and these look awful too). I like the deeper cardinal red, and the chrome makes them almost look pinkish.

Ok. Thanks for letting me know that. I'm the only one that didn't like the matte helmets and chrome helmets. You're right.
One fact you can't dispute is that we were at least 3+ years in launching them. We do what Oregon does, only 4 years after it was "cool".
Right on the matte. So wrong on the chrome. Those lids are HOT.
Either way on those two... I think we can agree that the weird burgundy ones on the far right should be thrown out.......
As much as I despise the bugle logo, I must say it does look better on white. Still makes me want to vomit, but a little better.
Chrome was cool in like 2012 or so when Oregon did it. Nobody hardly does it anymore. But hey, if it's cool to the majority of the ISU fanbase, then so be it. Go with it.

It is beyond horrible. Kakavi designs are 1000x better. Guarantee you if put out public poll that over 80% would disapprove.
