Congratulations on a great season for the MBB team this year. Now it's time to focus again on football.

Pro Day and first spring practice are only 2 days away! We should start seeing an official depth chart, video coming out of practice sessions, etc. :smile:

Good luck to everyone participating on Pro Day, and good luck to everyone battling for roster spots through spring practices!

Iowa State will hold its annual NFL Pro Day beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. Follow @CycloneFB on Twitter for updates of Pro Day. Cyclones.tv will provide video coverage later in the day.
The first spring practice takes place Tuesday afternoon and Cyclones.tv will have interviews available shortly after its completion.

What is that ringing noise I am hearing in Ames? Oh, "CHA CHING" dude is going to get some looks at making some money..and just think, he was the guy who was sick a couple years back and lost tons of weight, etc....excellent job keeping at it, Jake!

Lenz is really doing great...as you all know, the numbers do matter...I think he's getting himself a shot at something...which is great!

I think that guys like McDonough will benefit from the fact that there are probably more scouts than usual there to check out Knott's recovery. He might not get drafted but he should end up in a camp. But I think Lenz's ceiling is the CFL.

So far Josh Lenz's numbers are putting him 3rd among all WRs at the combine, 3rd highest vertical, 3rd number of 225# reps and if his unofficial 4.38 40 time stands, that's 3rd best as well. Way to go Josh!

Yeah, this is pretty great. If he can make the catches and has an agent worth anything, he'll get a legit shot.
