They are better than they were last year, but so are we (at this point).

If we don't make stupid turn overs in their press, we'll win. If we turn it over a lot, we probably lose.

Also, I'm really glad that Iowa ended up with Uthoff.

Take him or leave him. He would get minutes here, but not more than 10 min/game, IMO. Also, he will get better and has 2 more years, IIRC so we would still take him, IMO.

Either way, from what I heard, Fred would have taken him, but didn't lose any sleep over missing on him.

I sure hope the call a foul on Utoff when he sticks his arm out to clear the defender. He does it about every time he gets the ball.

It really helps that the Irish are looking terrible in transition defense. ISU will need to make sure to get back after made baskets to avoid giving up easy points.

Iowa doesn't have basketball fans, they probably don't know what's going on. They only show up if they're winning.
They are still in the transition from football to basketball. Isu fans got to do that two months ago.

Yeah. The energy in CH was similar to a morgue during the Lickliter years. Tonight looked more like a wake.

Another brilliant post-yeah, most sold out games like this aren't loud. Was a great crowd last night-and loud. Was there to prove it. You need to look up to see what energy means. And think before you post.

How would that prove anything?
