There is a lot of teams that don’t pass the smell test. Indiana, for one, but Oregon got smashed and they fell to #3? It’s all just so silly!

We were a pile of LB injuries and a couple of OL ones from being a Top 10 team.
On a positive note. the underclassmen players stepped in nicely at the LB position IMO. I feel a lot better about that position group heading into next year

Somehow BYU (# 13) is again ranked behind SMU (# 12) in the final poll.

Looks like the AP pollsters kept all of the CFP teams in the Top 12 except for Clemson.

Agreed. Baloney the voters on aggregate kept BYU behind SMU despite BYU beating them and BYU winning their bowl game and SMU losing. Just not very fair.

I'm ok with us at 15. Was hoping 14 or 13, but 15 is reasonable.

Where we start next year matters for perception and CFP bids. Hope they start us in the top 18. We will see....

Off topic...and just curious...had we won the Texas Tech game...and everything else stayed the same...would we have still played ASU in the CCG?

I think my biggest concern with the KState game is the timing. Under Campbell we haven't been the fastest out of the starting blocks to the season.
This. We start the season slow even in years when we have a lot of experience coming back. With our track record I would be nervous to play Dowling in early September, let alone a neutral site game against a team in the top half of the B12. This game really gives me a bad feeling.

Boise State (# 8) and SMU (# 12) stayed in exactly the same spots even though they both got blown out by Penn State.
But Arizona State finished ahead of both of them @ #7 and ahead of both Indiana and Tennessee. I think the Sun Devils earned some respect in their Bowl Game - even in defeat.

Yes, you can unhide completed games on MReds generator and change the outcome of those games.
