Throw in the Baylor game in 2022 with Freyler’s targeting vs their no call.
Throw in the Anthony Johnson’s penalty for taking on the blocker at his waist.
A few key missed calls vs KU game in 2022 as well.
The interception/no call TD at end of game vs OSU a few years ago.
Plenty to choose from lol

At the time, all the smoke was that Snyder was retiring at the end of the 2017 season and that was their last home game. The conference did all they could to send the hall of famer out with a win.

It made the ISU comeback win in his true last game in 2018 that much sweeter! I literally had no disdain for that man until the 2017 screw job.

Three picked up flags is rare but not astronomically rare, you might see it once or twice a season if you watch a ton of football. Three picked up flags where all three look like the flag was the correct call is off the charts rare. When all three should not have been picked up and all three benefit the same team we're into the territory where thinking it was an honest mistake makes someone very naive.

Might as well add this kick to the stones.

And do not forget that just moments before this, Withy obviously committed his fifth foul. But the foul was not assessed to him but to Young who was near but made no contact or foul! Withy was the one at the end who tapped the rebout to the guy who Georges "fouled" (according the the refs). But I can never figure out why the ISU coaches did not question that! Bad on their part.

This happened with 23.1 seconds left in the game! I do not have the software to clip this from the video.

And shortly before that Withy got away with an over the back on a rebound that lead to an ISU foul.

Thought some here might like to see this.

Although, like is probably not the correct word. :nausea:

Got around to watching the whole thing :nausea:

The last one where Isheem was ejected was so bad. I remember another game (I can't remember who against) but Purdy took a very nasty hit to the head..nothing. It is insane how inconsistent (at the very best) that rule is enforced.

There was no late hit, no personal foul, no roughing, and no targeting on this play (at OSU, 2018).

Holy ****, I'm worked up after watching that.
The 2013 JG strip was unreal. I’ll never forget waking up the next morning to seeing my own face featured on the dmregister page doing the cobra while everyone has already been sitting down for awhile. I was in shock, their calls completely contradicted each other and the review. Furious lol

Actually looking back on the Isheem play, I'm no where near "we got screwed" as when it happened live. It's a rough hit to the back of the head of a receiver going to the ground, so I get it.

The Enyi ejection against Wazzu is the one I remember as being horrible.

football @osu 2014? play before halftime they went for a td instead of a chip shot fg. isu clearly stopped them short. call on the field: short. upon further review there was a bend in the goal line. TD OSU. probably would have lost anyway, but that was a killer momentum swing.

The ejection I always remember as being one of the worst was Beau Freyler getting tossed during the first possession for Baylor in 2022 at JTS. It's a routine tackle where the RB ducked his head at the last second, and Beau's helmet mostly contacted the top of the shoulder pad and then into the RB's helmet on the follow through. Another one where there was no flag on the play on the field, it was called down by the booth to be reviewed in super slow-mo frame by frame scrutiny.

Ku at Isu in one of the niang years. jeff withey? the giant white guy clearly fouled out at the end of regulation, but the refs called it on some other schmo 10ft from the play. withey goes on to kill ISU in ot. ku wins again.

That KSU game just pissed me off all over again. Incredible.
That was the one time I lost my cool over sports in public place. I was in a chll sports bar restaurant in nashville. I ended up standing up and saying very loudly to the TV "we're gonna lose this ******* game! we. are going. to lose. this ******* game". there were only three of us paying attention to any games at that moment.

Don't forget Baylor did the exact same thing later in the game and no call was made.

Weren't there back-to-back fumbles at the goal line in that Texas game that were both incorrectly ruled down by contact/forward progress?

At WVU, 2017. Butler catches a pass, breaks attempted tackle and is off to the races for a TD. The officials called the play dead. Horrible call, he was no where near stopped.
Also in 2017, the Big 10 officials missed a blatant offensive pass interference on Iowa WR Vandeberg. It prevented our defender from getting the INT. If that was called, that probably does it for Iowa. A couple of plays later Wadley made the big play. With the Iowa game, WVS and of course KSU, 2017 was a couple of bad officiating calls from a 10 win season.

I couldn't do it. No clicking on that link for me. I've got enough of those memories stored. No reason to hit the refresh button
