It's an amazing stat, but there were some silly good offensive teams in the 80's
Thats what you get from a role player. McKay continues to be a monster. Double figures 8 of the last 9 games.
...and this with a team with new players, and returning players that had to learn and adjust to new/more responsible roles.
Other 'Firsts' that have been mentioned, but should continue to be mentioned:
1st time ISU goes to the NCAA tourney 4 times in a row.
1st time ISU has winning conference record 4 times in a row (that I could find).
1st time ISU wins 20 games 4 years in a row (that I could find).
This also has to be longest streak of finishing in the top half of the conference, right?
The process of obtaining these records has led to me needing 'just one more' beer all too many times, but it's worth it. Even the next day.

It's a great luxury to have those two guys that can play on a hot hand basis.

Offense flows so much better when you're playing a team that doesn't know all your pet plays and tendencies.
I know your kidding but I like where he plays just fine. I don't think I've ever seen a ISU big run the court the way he does.
