If by Nebraska rolls you meant that Taylor Martinez rolls his ankle, has to leave the game, they insert Zac Lee who proceeds to throw 5 int's while Helu puts the ball on the ground several times to add to his running total from last years game and ISU wins it 27 - 17? Then you are correct. Well done.

Edit: I forgot to add that after the win Clone fans storm the field where Tom Osborne has mistakenly made an appearance, they strap his sorry *** to the goalpost before tearing it down and then proceed to toss it in the lake with ole Tom still attached. A fitting goodbye for one of college football's true ********.

Except that we almost did lose last year with that many turnovers

What do you mean "almost", Nebraska did lose last year with that many turnovers.

Stop trying to pretend, everyone knows you are a husker fan. Why not give some insight and talk some real football like many of our Utah brothers did instead of trolling...oh that's right, because you are a NU fan and every husker fan knows that N stands for knowledge.

I predict Iowa State will score 27 points. If Martinez starts, they score 38, If Lee starts, they score 31, if Green starts, they score 14.

I can only see ISU winning is if we lay an egg (8 TOs) or have a letdown, regardless of whether Lee or Martinez starts.

of course you see it that way...

you are a nebbie.

as a clone fan, I see it a little differently.

I can actually picture nebbie laying an egg, picking it up, dropping it and breaking it to pieces.

after all. They did that last year in their own house!!

Just for the record, I feel like we have a chance in this game. NU can be ran against, we can run the ball against them and as long as we can run the ball effectively we have a chance against anyone. NU has had turnover trouble, which will also work in ISU's favor. If ISU is playing at our best and NU is still having injury problems, I think we could see this game be a lot closer than many think.

Something else I actually heard a husker fan point out is that defensively, NU doesn't like to give up the BIG play and wants to force teams into driving the whole field and if worse comes to worst, NU likes to shut teams down in the red zone. Offensively this is to ISU's advantage. ISU likes to dink and dunk down the field and when it comes to the red zone, we are one of the top in the nation. NU's game plan is to put ISU into 3rd and long, but if ISU can run the ball, that won't happen very often.

The key is if ISU can shut down NU. Their passing game isn't going to torch us, we have to stop the run. We have done better against the run the past two weeks, holding both opponents under season average, but we have also faced teams that don't like to run (or can't).

I say it's a close game in the twenties and hopefully NU makes just enough mistakes to give us the edge, otherwise I don't see this one ending as a W. NU 28, ISU 24

Good grief. Texas stuffed Nebby WITH Martinez, IN Lincoln. Why does no one think our boys can't, too--in Ames?

That's right! Just remember......from CBS Sportsline>>>>>

"Anybody else notice the Big 12 North title goes through Ames, Iowa?: Nebraska makes the trip to Iowa State trying to keep its turnovers to less than eight. Missouri goes to Ames in two weeks. The Cyclones (5-4) have shown they are good enough under Paul Rhoads, who former Iowa State coach Jim Walden calls "a young Kirk Ferentz." How good? Forget Mizzou and Nebraska, the 'Clones still have a chance to win the North."
