You can post information in any manner you chose but the notion that this information is "premium" is absurd. Other sites get information based on public relationships. It is hardly "premium". The notion of someone obtainig this information then packaging it as "premium" and charging for it is criminal. In the end I guess if peeps are stoopid enough to pay for it so be it. But don't restrict my right to post this information as well.
I think that is the difference here. If someone gets the information from a public or personal source, my understanding is that it is ok to post it here. If you got the information from a "premium" board that charges for its content, then it is not ok to post it here. Providing breaking news is how they stay in business.
Personally, I don't pay for the rivals board and such because I don't mind waiting for it to be publicly announced.
