Regardless of the reason for tonight's awful performance, they have one week to get their heads straight. A win over the Huskers would sure make me feel better.

Looks like KU will need to lose to Mizzou for Tigers to make the Big 12 game....

All you can say is this team has come back from a bad loss before. I keep thinking we had already hit rock bottom, but I'm always proven wrong.

After an effort like that, why should this coaching staff be retained? At least they should donate their salary for the game to charity.

i think the whole bates situation really threw off the team with the drama of that and the long travel... just a bad situation.

hopefully we get it straightened out by next saturday

I am pretty sure that losing to Baylor by any score is bad, but getting your jock handed to you by 28 points is ROCK BOTTOM.

That said, I hate their very talented QB...

you may be right, but I refuse to agree with you, only because I hate to think that the reason we played this terrible is due to ONE player quitting the team.

did you watch the same game i was? atleast 15 of those passes that were completed were thrown no more than 5-7 yds and turned up field .....

That doesn't matter. You can criticize their short passes if it doesn't work. That guy threw for almost 300 yards on us.

i pretty much hate that whole baylor team because after nearly every play there was show boating and some kind of hand jestures and fist pumps.

i can understand if its a close game... but really? the whole ******* game?

at least act like you've made a good play before and just go bad to the huddle

People seem so surprised sometimes when we lose. We have dead last talent in the Big 12 and have for a while.

The only way to get better is to out recruit the ones there. That takes time. We cant sign 80 players.

Just pointed out on the radio that in three road games this year, Iowa State has scored three points in the first half. Six quarters of football. Ninety minutes of football. Three points.
