Theres a difference between predicting Iowa to win and Iowa to blow us out. One is being negative to make yourself feel better and be able to say I told you so. The other is intelligently predicting the game.
Owned in the back 7 is more like it.I don't think that saying "NDSU all over again" is saying we are going to be blown out. I guess I took it to mean we get owned on the line of scrimmage which I don't think is out of the realm of possibility.

Trailing 27-24 with time winding down, Nealy takes a handoff into the clear down the left sideline, with no defenders to oppose him. At the Iowa 5 yard line, a rift in space-time opens and Nealy is spirited away from the ethereal plane. Officials review the play and determine that Nealy was attacked by the ghost of Hayden Fry, which constitutes an extension of the Kinnick playing surface and therefore the runner is down by contact. Time expires and the Cyclones lose.
Meanwhile, in another time and place, the participles that once formed Devondrick Nealy become reconstituted, but now he was must exist only as a wraith who can bodyslide to different times and places with the express purpose of destroying ISU. His first mission is to compel Woody Hayes to punch a Clemson player, thus ensuring that Earle Bruce is hired away from Ames.
The Cyclones therefore become entangled in a time loop that ensures that the worst must always happen for ISU at exactly the wrong time.
Also, KF goes through 3 packs of gum.
Iowa 31-17. Until our offense can play 4 quarters and put up points all game, I have no faith in the offense.
you also thought we were going to get blown out by kstate....Or all 11.
I think this one is too physical for us, and that we're not ready for an actual road challenge.
Probably a 2 touchdown loss, but an ugly game no matter what.
One team trying to find itself. Another that doesn't care how ugly a game is. This one will hurt the eyes no matter the outcome.
If we get up early, I think the Hawkeyes fold under the pressure of their fans' College Football Playoff expectations after the way the last 2 weeks have gone for them.
That is assuming we continue to take chances on defense and offense and don't open the Prevent Victory playbook.
After the first two weeks, I don't see how either team gets past 30 pts. They might not get to 30 total.
