I have been really slow to get all over AA but he needs to go. Completely unacceptable for him to not hit a wide open receiver for the game tying TD. He hasn't made a clutch throw in his career. Has to be really frustrating for the rest of the guys on the team watch.

I'm with ya. I have been an AA and offense defender but I am starting to second guess my stance on that more and more every game.

That offense was just brutal to watch today.

Simply put, this was a winnable game that Iowa State didn't win.

This was a must-win if we wanted to going bowling. My win prediction has been lowered from 7 (6 + a bowl win) to 4 (UNI,CU,KU).

I really, really ******* hate K-State.

CPR is now 0-8 when the opposing team scores 24 points or more.

I still don't get how some people actually thought we could get 6 or 7 wins. You simply don't lose so many defensive starters from a unit that already was not very good to start with and end up with even a mediocre defense.

Disagree. I think the defense is probably better than a year ago. They haven't been able to produce turnovers though, and the DL is still not playing well at all.

The offense needs to find an identy. They are doing too much. Do they want to power run, finesse run, run the spread, short pass, it has not clear cut goal. Dumb it down. One play has to set up another, we dont do that. Look at the game Synder calls. His team has an ID and they do it well. ISU has no clue what they want to do.

This offense needs something to make it explosive. That starts at the coaches and then on to the quarterbacking position but I dont blame it all on AA. This offense is so predictable its not even funny. We need a playmaker that will open up this offense. If thats Tiller, im all for it.

They had a couple good drives and when they get it going they are fine, but it just takes them a couple first downs to do it and you just can't go three and out and put our defense back on the field. Burris is really getting eaten alive out there on the O-line as well. They have to score TD's when in the red zone, not good enough to be kicking field goals every time we get down there. I know that is too much to ask, but we just can't leave points on the field with this defense. There is a ton of pressure on the offense because really K State allowed use to stay in it with some inept play in the red zone of their own. Bottom line is the team has very little room for error and really just isn't very good.

Its actually hard to believe how bad our offense is. Our D almost outscored our O today. Crazy. The only thing that I can put my finger on is passing. Seems like we had it last year and it somehow disappeared this year. ARob is doing okay but not exploding like I thought he would this year. We had less offense than MState. That is not good when you have a weak D. Klein is a beast and AA is a tough MF, but we are not good.

I'm tired of the dink and dunk offense we're running. It's tough to have drives of 80 yards when you zero big play ability.

Also, I guess a WR pushing off is legal now.

But, that's all we can do. Unless we suddenly find a quaterback who can legitimately pass the ball (unless the problem really is our receivers getting open), then that is the type of offense we have to have.

You dink and dunk, you eat up clock, and make sure our defense stays off the field, so that the other team can't put up 50 points on us.

You're right, it's extremely tough to constantly do this, but it's the only chance we have to win ANY games.

I don't understand why we don't run the wide receiver screen more. We ran it against Iowa once for about 10-15 yards, and against K-State 4 times for about an average of 10 yards.
