Bad enough we lost... Even worse we'll probably have to hear about niang's "ball tug" for a few days. What was he thinking?
I thought we played reasonably well, albeit with some mistakes. Glad Jameel is back. Hope Monte's ankle or whatever is minor.
That was some home cooking. Of course, if we would have elected to play defense it might have helped....
Fouls 21 to 14. How does WV only get whistled for 14 fouls?!?! Their whole game plan is to beat the lard out of everyone they play! ......Lawrence, KS level home cooking.
I thought they showed good effort. That play against a normal college basketball team, with non ****** refs, and it's a win.

Niang only 7 FG attempts. Gave up 18 rebounds. Lost the turnover battle. Gave up 34 pts and 22 pts to two bench players. Morris only 4 assists to 4 turnovers. Refs not doing their job etc.
Yet another game where we shoot over 50% and lose. Prohm needs to get his head out of his arse and teach boxing out.

Not sure some people here understand what happens when you get ticky tack after ticky tack and only have 7 guys really. It is self fulfilling. There were at least three basic big man layups attributed to letting their man go. If a guy rolls on you, you can't re-position to try to get in front again, the officials will call a BS foul on you. So you let it go and hope to outscore them. But then you get molested and can't score.
I will say that these guys are not defensive stars by any means. That is not why Hoiberg brought them here. But, some of the fouls called tonight were rather questionable. If you think otherwise, you are simply an official apologist.

We gave up more points in the 1st half than in the second. That's before the foul trouble.

uh, Terminate the Head Coach. Not because of this game, not because of our lack of depth, not because of his use of substitution or clock management, But more because of his lack of coaching effort. He didn't set up one play. He didn't argue one call, he hardly even praised a single effort by any of his own players. The only thing he's proven to me, is he knows how to suspend a player, and not communicate very well to the public (and probably his own team) IDK But what I DO know, is a team with this much talent has never underperformed (or underachieved) like this before. Coaching...
Agree 100%. You have to trust Cooke, Ashton and Carter to be bale to give a few quality minutes. Put them in when we go up a few points. IF we lose the lead, so be it. We have a team that can make great offensive runs when they are rested, but with how Prohm handles them, they cant do **** in the last 4 minutes of the game because they cant move.

And yet we keep trying the same thing over and over. With the same results. If the guys are gassed, you have two choices:
1. Slow the pace down
2. Sub more
