I saw Kohl and Patton play tonight for Ankeny vs Centennial. A lot of good players on the field but those guys were just at another level. Very excited to see them in cardinal and gold.
Was there too (centennial side). I thought Patton was the difference maker. It took about a quarter for Kohl to settle in but he looked good…. Better when he was on the run than I expected….
Edit. I cringed hard every time he tucked it.
Am I the only one that thinks he looks like another Josh Allen in the making?
JJ obviously has great physical gifts and still a young player but I wish his fundamentals were better in those two clips. He looks like he’s playing 500 in the back yard.
Episode 1 of the Elite 11 docuseries is out, can't post it here because the NFL are ********, but you can find it on the PlayFootball YouTube channel. I sure hope they post every episode of this camp because JJ Kohl and Jaxson Smolik both balled out.
