I don't know, maybe Jordan wasn't there? I've been watching it too...but I posted this before I did that. 41 isn't JD. There is a roster that you can click on too.
He was projected as a top 50 but from what I have heard, he looked more like a 150-200 type this year. Hopefully his development just stalled instead of plateud and he will build his game the next couple of years...
I really don't pay any attention to these HS recruit rankings but, clearly, this is the gamble all of these coaches are making when they are offering guys in 7th, 8th, and 9th grade. A lot can happen (injuries) or not happen (no additional growth...physical or otherwise) in HS for these guys offered early. It will be interesting to see how all of these early offers that are happening around the country end up "panning out" in a few years.
