Pretty much every time a player makes a spin move with the ball, they travel, but it is NEVER called (they always take the extra 3rd step to jump off), so I don't know why they would expect it to be called in this situation.

Like most fans of successful teams, the average KU fan knows next to nothing about sports but pretends to be an expert. Idiot tshirt fans just come with the territory of being a blue blood or a dynasty.
quick outline of that debacle for ignorant KU fans:
1. Whithey fouls intentionally with about 1.5 minutes to play, fouling out on purpose, and refs give the foul to another player who wasn't near the play
2. KU commits an obvious charge that is a no call, correct call wins game for isu
3. After the refs gift KU an easy chip shot for the game winner Johnson chokes on it losing the game for KU in choke fashion
4. Refs fix game a third time in the final moments by calling foul on ISU player who has a KU player draped on top of him
5. Ksu wins title outright if all that doesn't happen.
I was listening to sports radio here in KC this morning. The amount of disdain some of the KU fans have for Perry Ellis is amazing. He's not a strong post presence or an elite defender, but he's efficiently annoying to other teams. KU is just spoiled because they don't have a Embiid or Withey to counteract Ellis's defensive inefficiencies this year.
It's fine by me, though. I'll play along if it means bashing a KU player.

Unfortunately it won't matter. KU will still win the league. They're going to punish WVU at home.
