NFL: KCCI - WHY ??

Does Tom Brady play defense? Last I checked the Patriots have one of the better defenses in the league. This game will not be a blowout and I am hoping that Cassell plays great.

They do have a decent defense but the Jets have a solid offense. They have to many weapons for the aging defense. Cotchery is going to eat up the secondary.

As I understand it, because the game is at Minnesota, an NFC team, CBS doesn't have broadcast rights to it. FOX does - and they're choosing to air Green Bay/Detroit. I may be wrong, but I don't think it's KCCI's fault.

I am watching it on a CBS station.

Besides Cotchery who do they have for a weapon? Coles is average and so is Thomas Jones. Bubba Franks is older than the Patriots defense

Basically, I had the setup flip-flopped. If it's inter-conference, the away team's TV deal goes into effect. Hence, the Colts would be on CBS.

coles is getting old so i will give you that. They also have te baker. Jones is better than people think. Having brett favre is a weapon enough. he makes everyone better. The passing game opens up the running game for the jets.

If I had a choice b/w getting kicked in the nuts or watching the Chiefs/Oakland game, I might think hard about the kick in the nuts. The pain would go away in an hour or so but the pain of having to watching that horse**** game would stick w/ me forever.

Look at the QB's that are playing in that game. Russell/Huard/Thigpen. The best RB is Fargas. Chiefs can't score on a team that got torched last week

I watched a little of the Chiefs/Raiders game it was was B-R-U-T-A-L. The Chiefs are terrible and they will be lucky to have many more games shown here.

My DTV guide said the Bears/Panthers were going to be on all week but I guess they changed it. I can see why but I think many people would have rather watched that game over GB/Det.

Agree 100% and we get to see Kiffin's last game as a Raider head coach....why would anyone coach for Al Davis? I don't get it.

Really? I've lived in this area for awhile now and don't see many KC shirts. I see way more Vikings, Packers, Bears, even Cowboys gear than Chiefs stuff. Interesting.....:skeptical:

Really? In week 2? Huh.

The Chiefs and Raiders are both 0-1.

The Colts and Vikings are both 0-1. Certainly looks like both games mean something.

The sad part is you are probably serious. Two teams that everyone is planning to watch in January vs. two of the top 5 sad excuses for teams in the league? Hmm...good one KCCI.
