Honestly, I've been waiting two or three weeks for this conversation. It's a valid question. I have to believe the answer is no, he doesn't catch well. Otherwise, I'm not sure why we wouldn't be working him in more at receiver. Or at least more wheel routes and such.
Couple of years he turned the ball over for pick 6. Still in dog house,

Have you seen Brock try to throw down field this year? It hasn't been good. If we had a deep threat or not, I'm not sure Brock could hit him at this point.

Wherever he plays, I just hope he'll decide to come back and play again next year since this year is a freebie in terms of eligibility.

I’m torn. I think if he comes back Brock transfers. So do I want one more year of Kene or a potential career or an unproven but potentially talented kid.

Brock will be a red shirt freshmen again next year. He has a long road ahead

Kene Nwangwu’s 67-yard kickoff return. Really good. BUT, the coaching staff has to have a new wrinkle with his return against KSU. The return against Baylor was an exact copy of his OU return. KSU film study is going to be all over this.

I'd try putting him on the outside and running him deep. Most CBs will not be able to keep up with him and he'd likely draw a Safety. Doesn't matter if he can't catch it...you can't allow a guy to run free down the sideline.

agreed. Someone needs to bail Brock out.... each game.

I think that is just part of your job as a WR. If you can't catch it, make sure the other guy can't either. This is where we really miss a guy like Butler. That guy would not only contest the short throws, he would steal them.

I asked this last week and was informed he has the worst hands on the team.

This. They aren't good.

I will say it's awesome to see him finally healthy. You can just see the difference as a RB in how he's able to explode. Really happy for him, but he can't catch. Lang can though, and he also has a great skillset for PR. I would imagine this has been tried and there's a reason he isn't back there.

I'm wondering why Akers maybe isn't back there. He has solid hands and he's got speed.
