Apparently it's common in Europe to abbreviate a work as (first letter)-(last letter) if more room is needed.

I did see a more recent picture where the banner had been updated to be just "K-STATE" so it seems Galway got the memo.

Had a dream last night about the opening of the TCU game - it did not go well. Fortunately it's illegal to make multiple forward passes even if they all occur behind the line of scrimmage, so it can't have been a premonition.
