Kind of off topic, but can somebody explain to me how Quentin Grimes was the 10th overall recruit on 247 last year? He doesn't bring a whole lot to the table besides his shot making, but even that hasn't been all that impressive this year. He seems to look uncomfortable out there a majority of the time.

He’s kinda a Wayne Seldon project.

Yup. This is why. They win these types of games consistently. Now, do they get a little help? We'll leave that up to debate.
One thing that makes me hopeful for Saturday is that KSU is probably ready to choke. Think one way or another the contenders of the league all find a way to choke and KU wins almost all their remaining games.

Down two starters and Self has KU beating TCU on the road.
Dok and Vick. And Garret has been starting since Dok went down so are we down three starters? Ku went 17-23 from the line but missed 5 straight including 2 front ends of one and ones to allow TCU to stay in it in regulation. Should have finished it without OT but Dotson carried us to victory.

KU didn't extend The Streak with that win but losing that game unquestionably would have ended it. Now we get West Virginia at home this Saturday fresh off booting Ahmad and Harris off the team and then a week off to prepare for @texas Tech. KU will likely hold Garrett out of the West Virginia game to give him max healing time so he is ready to try to shut down Jarrett Culver again. HUGE stretch for KU over the next 12 days.

We're right there over your shoulder, KSU. No pressure.

Look on the bright side everyone: The bad news: The bogas non charge call helped KU win.
The good news: Fran F knew it was a bad call and said so making every KU fan mad/hate him more than they already do!!

TCU had plenty of chances to win. Maybe if they would have actually ran their offense in the last few minutes instead of dribbling around and throwing up a shot with 3 seconds left.

It's the same thing we did agaisnt K-State, playing not to lose will get you beat. TCU also missed a ton of free throws at the end. One bad call doesn't excuse the choke job by TCU.

Meanwhile Kansas doing what they do best, winning a game with 5 players left in a hostile road environment, while we get blown out in our own gym by the exact same team, it's why Kansas always wins championships and the rest of the league chokes.

That plus that sweet, sweet Adidas money.

I hate to disagree with Fran, but it wasn’t a charge. I thought it was originally but if you watch the replay the defenders feet never stopped moving and never set at any point.

Honestly, were we TCU's superbowl? I hate TCU and I hate Jamie Dixon even more. Hoiberg needs to come back and challenge him to a dance off or something, it's the only thing we've beaten TCU at in years.

Why does KU win the league every year? Because outside of Iowa State it seems like every team craps their pants against KU at home. WV tends to hold their own as well.
