KU Game Roll Call - 11/3/2018

C'mon Cyclone Nation!! Our football team is for real and we have a chance to contend for a big 12 championship! No excuses why we can't rally behind this team and make the short drive down to Lawrence this coming weekend. This is the shortest road-trip of the season by far and tickets are cheaper than seeing a game at the Jack! (50 yard-line, lower bowl for $25)

4 of us are heading down Friday night to KCMO. I'm actively recruiting at least 3 more couples to join us!

I have gone to the game in Lawrence 3 or 4 years straight but, unfortunately, will not be able to attend this year (unless something drastically changes my schedule for next weekend). Hope all who are going this year can celebrate another Cyclone victory!!

My girlfriend and I are planning on going. Hopefully we can find someone outside the game trying to get rid of a pair of tickets. I am not sure how active the scalping scene is in Lawrence. I would like to try and avoid buying tickets at the ticket office from KU.

Stub Hub is the way to go. Scalping at KU is nearly non-existent from my experience

We're heading down Friday night. All the hotels in Lawrence are fully booked for that night so we're staying in KC. Last time we went down there for a game was 2012, hoping for a similar result.

I’m sure there is a ticket office you can walk up to and get tickets if there aren’t scalpers.

In my experience, tailgating is best by Allen (Just Another Gym) Fieldhouse. They run a shuttle from there to the stadium

There is a empty lot on the corner of 11th and Maine St just north of the stadium that we've parked in before. They pack people in there and turns into a big party. We've also parked in the parking lot of some apartments just to the east of the stadium, corner of Mississippi and 11th st looks like? That was nice because they had a "public" bathroom in the building's laundry room that they let people parking there use. I have no idea if the building still does it.

I know lots of people park out around Phog and come out, but there's a lot of neighborhood around the stadium with people holding signs for parking a la Iowa City
