Taking my son for his first ISU road game. Going with some other family/friends. Should be a blast.
If you have been to Lawrence for a game before, what have you done for tailgating in the past?
I'll be somewhere at the Power & Light watching.
Oh, worth mentioning too for those who haven't been there, just get the cheapest tickets you can find. The game is literally like a high school game where you get through the gates and sit wherever. Don't expect much either from their stadium as it is a complete dump. I still have a debate for all the stadiums I've been to (quite a few) through the years on which one is the worst, and it always is a heated battle between Northwestern's and Kansas'. It is always neck and neck.

Agree with posters above. Just buy the cheapest ticket possible. An you can really sit wherever there is an open seat.

Here is what the crowd pictures look like from their upset win over TCU. Maybe 1/4 full
My reaction when you said maybe 1/4 full:

25% is GENEROUS
I would assume they will charge you face value, they aren't a secondary market. If it's that empty, shouldn't just walking up to the stadium ticket booth be a pretty okay plan? Can't imagine they charge more than what is on StubHub...
