I happened to see a print copy of the Des Moines Register this weekend and saw this blurb about KJ, Dom, and Kyven:

They also had a big write up on Gomez. I don't find their articles (these anyway) easy to find on their website. This is an issue with the Register more generally; I don't think they were trying to hide anything.

I think for the Open a couple of weeks ago the only place I saw Dom's results were places like Flo and USA Wrestle.

IMO Kyven needs to do what he believes best helps him succeed at his current level. Like everyone, I hope it is with the Cyclone RTC, but, perhaps largely because of the coaching change, I'm not sure that it will be. Some of this is probably water under the bridge or just the way things are right now. I don't know the situation so this is all speculation on my part. Reread the first sentence of this paragraph.

Don has stated that he is looking for a home & since him & Kyven were working out at Ames High, I think CRTC doesn't have the money to keep Dom & Kyven. Think I would rather have Earl and/or Mike Moreno in room anyway

From what I know of Kyven, I would be surprised there would be a better athlete to keep around the room than him.

I agree. I was referring to Dom Bradley.

My choice would be definitely Kyven as top choice, then Moreno or Earl, whichever the coaches wants. Dom would be 4th, just because of his weight class. Less workout partners for Dom, esp if we have Kyven in the room.

IMO, prioritize Dom and Kevin. The staff is heavy on light and mid weights. Plus, look at what those two just accomplished. We need top contenders training here. Otherwise the RTC looks more like an excuse to give the coach's brother a job.

The best way to keep Kyven is to keep Dom. To do that, it takes $$. I don't have any info but the way Bradley was talking on twitter, that he is gone.

The way I read Dom's twitter also is that he is gone. I just don't think we have the funds to get both.

I didn't want to say that either, but that is some of the rumblings I've been hearing also. They are trying at least..
