I really wonder why the staff hasn't offered Kwah-Mensah yet. It is puzzling to me given all his intangibles as well (smart, articulate, good teammate by all accounts I have heard).

Maybe Rhoads and staff are too busy watching their own kids play at Gilbert each night and aren't watching Ames!

evidently we have 6 scholarship running backs already for 2014 so the staff doesnt want anymore. that is why i said it doesnt sound like we are at all.

Well, after that latest 40 TD yard run, Kwaw-Mensah now has over 300 yds. He has dominated this game.

I'm no Hawkeye but this guy sounds just like him. And I would take that in a second.

I don't even need to open the link to know who you're talking about, but that's the exact player I think of when I watch Clifford. Clifford has an inch or two on him though, so probably a bit more potential to put on a bit of weight.

I would like to know if any of those 6 committed running backs have the balance, burst of speed through the hole, or strength of Kwaw-Mensah. I really would.

for all those on here that think that kwah-mensah is too small just shows your lack of football knowledge. If a kid can play he can play. It doesn't matter how big they are. Look at guys like Trindon Holliday and Dexter McCluster not to mention as others have Darren Sproles, Tory Davis, Jarvis West, James White, DeVondrick Nealy, etc. Size doesn't matter at positions like RB, speed and illusiveness does.

And yet apparently ISU doesn't need him since there is already a stable of productive backs fueling that offensive machine.

If ISU doesn't offer and he sets the world on fire elsewhere I will just shake my head and think "all is normal in the world"

Obviously a talented kid, but he doesn't look very big. Anyone know what he weighs?

Bigger than Danny Woodhead, Warrick Dunn, Tim Dwight and plenty of other guys that played in the NFL for a long time. Bigger than Wimberly too.
