Used to be a 1, 3, A guy. Probably more of a 2, 3, A now given many a steak are not great enough to warrant the 1. I can live with 4 on the second, but A is the only option really on the third.

This. I prefer 2, would accept 3, will tolerate 4, but I can't imagine that 5 even tastes very good at all, let alone the texture.

Situation:
Have you ever totally forgot about some toast in the toaster-oven and try to save them? Like, you dust the burnt parts off a bit with a knife, ever so gently? Then ... you give them a go and... they are amazing!

Maybe that's what the weird burnt toast people like to do?

They like living life on the edge.

I've had people tell me it's for "safety" but that doesn't apply to steak, only ground meat.

I was always told if you cant drink it black you shouldnt be drinking coffee.

But I do like to make a kids drink on occasion and add cream and sugar, but only rarely.
