I guess I will finally chime back in since I started this monstrosity. It's my Bday today and man it would be nice to have Lindell commit for a present.

I think he may have gotten pushed a few minutes because of some bad weather and flooding we have been having in this part of the world the past few weeks. They are back at commercial now after a weather report, so perhaps he is up once they come back.
So is this going to happen? That news show apparently was supposed to end 5 minutes ago. Is he still going to announce or is it too late to do it on the show?
This sounds like one of the most disorganized morning shows. I know every tv show and radio show have such tight and precise timetables but it sounds like nobody here knows what they're doing. I'm guessing we don't find out for another hour.
Could be worse. At least we are not in Oregon wanting to hear.
So I happen to be reading a book involving Nova Scotia. A disgruntled former KGB agent is on his way to Nova Scotia to find the mysterious American college professor now living in Halifax. The protagonist and the wealthy, but beautiful and intelligent French aristocrat are close on his tail. The former KGB agent is flying over the Atlantic in a learjet while the protagonist is waiting at a French airbase for a fighter jet to take off. Can our hero find the mysterious professor first and learn the secret of where the suitcase nukes are hidden before the former KGB agent?
Anyway, that is the extent of my Nova Scotia knowledge except for the fact that it is an island and I think there are some kind of ruins on the southern part of the island.
In conclusion, please commit to ISU. This ISU graduate wants to learn more about Nova Scotia and, possibly, save the world from what is possibly the greatest threat it has ever known. Is that threat suitcase nukes or Phil Knight?

My SiriusXM phone person was from Nova Scotia the other day and she was very helpful. If that's worth anything.
I don't know where 8:45 came from, but there's been no mention of LW on the show yet. If his decision has been described as "late morning", perhaps he is coming on in a bit and will be announcing? I will keep watching, but I'm growing less convinced this is going to happen.
