Obviously the Defense will take a step back next year losing a lot of talent all around but what do you all think about the LB Corps. The combo of CJ Morgan and Deon Broomfield will likely man the LB/S Hybrid spot but the team is thin for the other two spots---Jevohn Miller, Jeremiah George, and two RS FR (Seely and White) are the only players on the roster on scholarship. We've been lucky to have two durable guys the past few years in Knott and Klein because those guys take a punishment week in and week out. Are we in on any Juco guys? George has impressed me when he has been in but he doesn't look to be much bigger than 220lbs.

I'm just as worried if not more so about the interior DL as the linebackers. George is above average and Miller should be ready to take over for Knott. Broom and Morgan both return at the nickel and I think White (who is redshirting) has great potential and should get some reps backing up Miller. He certainly looks the part and just needs time and reps. Secondary should be very good again and the pipeline is really stocked there with even more coming. Coach Douglas has be stoked over his depth. My real concern is who is going to step up and make plays like McDonough, Laing and Simon? We've got Jensen, Woods and then a bunch of young unproven guys. You have to think they are looking far and wide for a top JUCO DT.

George and Miller, should be pretty good duo. Bring in a Juco, and hope we don't have an injury.

I think we are looking for JUCO depth behind George and Miller. Dvante Henry and Samson Fafili are two guys we have reportedly offered, although Henry seems to have Oregon State as a favorite, and may not be ready to play next year anyway.

At DT, Jensen and Woods will be servicable at the least, and hopefully at two out of Pompey, Bevins, Aka, and Cousins can provide some depth. We offered a JUCO in Delva, but I'm not sure if there's mutual interest.
