Well yeah, but the prior post was 'support coach mann'... its not like he's a charity case. Not a huge fan of the sample i heard, and its not even unique to Iowa State (considering how he's marketing it)

In hindsight there's no reason the "announcement" should have been anything more than this. If there was a big announcement it would come from Iowa State. I don't think the progression works like:

Pollard: We have this big announcement but I don't feel like announcing it. Coach Fred, how bout you announce it?

Fred: Naw. Mann, you wanna announce it?

Mann: Sure!!! Sweet! I'll, put it on twitter!!!!

I guess you don't have to support him if you don't want to. Coach Mann is excited about it and thought Iowa State fans would like it as well. So I guess I was just saying to those people bashing it, why? What good comes from that?
