Never heard of it before your post. After watching bits of the videos on the McKamey Manor website, I'm in complete agreement, this Russ guy is a straight psychopath. Real life Saw vibes. How has no one died at this man's hands, even if by accident.

Yeah sort of, he claims hypnosis and they do it on their own, so it’s not something that he could make them do.
