There is little chance of losing to TT. The Okie St. game was ugly, but other players are going to start stepping up and in the long run this could all be positive for the team.

On the negative side is that all of this drama could have the opposite affect and start a downward spiral. I just choose to believe that won't happen.

I wouldn't say little. They'll miss Odiase like we miss McKay, but they are capable of beating us if they play well and we don't.

It's going to be tough to win down there. McKay had one of his best games this year at Hilton against TTU. Finished with 19 points and 14 rebounds. They are missing one of their bigs, but the one (Ross) who replaced him has been doing pretty well. Everybody for ISU has to really hit the boards. I just hope McKay has learned not to comment on Twitter about this, or talk to reporters until the suspension is over.
That is like saying take the golden microphone away from Rush.

I know we 'can' win Wednesday, but how can you even spit this out? Have you not been watching this conference and especially our team this year?

Little chance?! you're setting yourself for disappointment. Can we win? Sure and I won't be surprised if we do. But this league is insanely tough and they aren't a bad team and they NEED a quality win badly. Any sort of win, looking ugly or not, is a fantastic win.

Congrats on the dumbest statement of the season. Hope you're happy now, or got the reaction you wanted. Nothing about winning at Tech will be easy, especially after this past week.

He responded to a post that praised Prohm on sticking to the suspension. That was pretty dumb....

Tell me this isn't true....if it is, what did he send out?(i refuse to stoke his ego and follow him).

Is he? I can't find anything about his anywhere.

http://sportsday.dallasnews.com/col...iase-expected-miss-six-weeks-following-injury

"Texas Tech coach Tubby Smith will have to look elsewhere for frontcourt answers after losing 6-foot-9 center Norense Odiase for a significant stretch, according to an article in the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal.

Smith anticipates Odiase to likely miss six weeks after breaking his fourth metatarsal in the 76-69 win against TCU, according to theAvalanche-Journal article written by Krista Pirtle."

Side note. Ross leads B12 in free throw shooting at 87%. Hope we do not follow him.

At home Tech has beaten Texas, lost to KU by 10, lost to Baylor by 3, lost to WVU by 4, Beat OSU. Not too terrible.

Really sucks playing there short handed.
