Yikes is correct. She could have hung up.
Blaming the victim. On brand for you I suppose.
Yikes is correct. She could have hung up.
This is a really, really disgusting take you have. Seriously, it's shameful.Yikes is correct. She could have hung up.
I know he’s still married don’t know about the employmentDid I hear correctly that he's still married and his wife works at MSU?
I don’t think that would hold up personally and I also don’t think that should qualify. The sexual harassment and towards this individual specifically is the problem.Regardless of whether the relationship was consensual, if the coach is a married man who admitted to bopping his baloney during a phone conversation with the sexual harassment prevention speaker, couldn't that be a clear case of the moral turpitude clause in his contract which brings embarrassment to his university?
Oh, that's correct, she had nothing to do with his actions over an extended phone call.Even if she did that doesn’t excuse the behavior and is still a fireable offense. It’s extra disgusting due to her status as a survivor and what he brought her in for.
Not blaming her at all for his actions. She is an adult and could have hung up.Blaming the victim. On brand for you I suppose.
If I were the AD I'd look hard at Liepold/Kliemann.Michigan State is going to have to hire a monk next time they hire just to change the perception of that university. They will need to hire a Paul Rhoads type guy who maybe is not the best coach but has a squeaky reputation.
...so if she hangs up, it's not sexual harassment? Not blaming her at all for his actions. She is an adult and could have hung up.

Two pretty different scenarios. The Nassar thing was insanely complicated and the university ****** up badly. This one seems to be handled ok at this point but the press conference today will clarify that. Two completely different AD’s, presidents, etc so not sure if this goes past Tucker.Michigan State is going to have to hire a monk next time they hire just to change the perception of that university. Klieman works for his best friend. Never say never but I think he retires at K State. If I were the AD I'd look hard at Liepold/Kliemann.

Let’s just have Izzo coach both teams
Big Ten teams basically have unlimited money to fire and hire coaches now. FFS they have 10 million more a year than even SEC teams to endlessly hunt for the ideal coach.
They all have amazing facilities already except for maybe Northwestern so it's not like there's some burning need to spend it all on facilities every year. My guess is at some point it won't just be Nebraska paying a stable of fired coaches simultaneously, it'll be a quite a few of the bottom half programs rolling the dice hoping they can capture some lightning in a bottle with a good hire.
Could be........so if she hangs up, it's not sexual harassment?
Not to nitpick but I think this falls under harassment then abuse, fine line but an important one. Doesn’t excuse or dismiss it at all but this is a touch different. Granted to your point I don’t think many will draw that line but to me it’s extremely different. It don’t matter if it’s new President and different situations. Everyone will See Michigan state and sex abuse again. Really close to the last one
