He probably decided to wait for KU. Or was it Ohio St last year? It’s hard to keep up with which college job people think Hoiberg is wanting.

I think he's going to KU to be an assistant and be the coach in waiting until Self leaves. Am I doing this right?

I
None of us really know him so none of us know what he wants to do. I think he’ll be back in college soon. Some disagree. Some think he’ll be a successful nba coach. I disagree. No big deal.

How do you know he almost jumped to Ohio State last year?

Obviously that twitter handle doesn't know that Fred will be let go, not because of him, but because of a cleaning of GarPax.
He will take some time away from basketball.
Barry Alvarez retires.
WI hires Jamie.
ISU hires Fred as the new AD.
Profit.

As much as I dislike the way Jamie handles things sometimes, he's much better in his current position than Fred would be.

Yeah, it's why it's so hard to believe he wants to leave now. That's going to be a fun team to coach for the next few years.

There are a lot of reasons that make it hard to believe he would bolt now, but yeah. He finally has some young players that fit the system he wants to run. Why leave now?

So for this to happen,

Izzo would be forced to resign
Fred would be fired by the Bulls
Michigan State would then hire Fred.

and someone already knows all of this is going to happen?

Fred is done in college. I expect Fred to end up in the front office of an NBA team as his next move.

And Fred would all of the sudden like recruiting and the red tape that is a big part of building teams in college, or it would be found out that he always liked recruiting, just used it as a reason to jump ship from ISU, and CF burns so wildly that even Donald Trump can't claim to do it better.

Dakich is fine some of the time. But then other times he says the stupidest damn crap just to try and get a rise out of fan bases I swear. I have seen him get in back and forth pissing matches with people on twitter. And he seeks it out.

Bilas is full of himself but he isn't doing it to try and stir things up. He is just opinionated. I think Dakich openly does stuff to get people mad. He trolls basically.

Like when he isn't talking? Yeah, I'd agree

...... he made it clear to Jamie Pollard at the outset that his ultimate goal was to coach in the NBA, .....

It remains to be seen if Fred has communicated any new ultimate goals to his current boss.

Oh I agree. I look at it from the point of view that Fred could fund raise with the best of them.

I know when I look for other jobs, I naturally look at companies that are going through the biggest turmoil in their history.

That golf thing in one of the Dakota schools might be looking better now for his son too but I suppose as a redshirt walk on he has other options with basketball maybe.
