Trey Burke is shooting like 0.307 for the Jazz. Last year he was below 40 per cent. May not be around long with those numbers.

The majority of you will disagree, but I think it is very possible that Monte Morris could get drafted next year in the NBA.

He is one of the most underrated players in the country.

Tinsley was too, everyone thought it was all Fizer. A great point guard makes everyone look better. I don't think it is coincidence that this team hit it's stride last year when he entered the starting lineup. He will play one more year after this (I hope).

Completely agree. He put on a show in front of a lot of nba Scott's last night and will have more opportunities to do so the rest of the season. I wouldn't be surprised if next year we are without Monte and Niang.

He made Ryan Harrow his *****. I tried to find a nicer way to say it, but couldn't.

Hahaha! There was an exchange midway through the 2nd half where Monte and Harrow were going at it! Harrow made another tough (well defended) floater and Monte took it straight down and dropped a 3 as if to say, "that's great man but watch this". This kid is mature beyond his years and just a winner. No other way to put it, the kid just competes! And makes such great decisions.

The way I see it is this. If we lose man man and georges this year it is because very very good things have happened regarding isu basketball.

If the kid can get drafted after this year, go. I want to see more cyclones in the NBA, win-win for everyone.

One thing to keep in mind regarding leaving early

Georges is a prep school kid, so he's a year old for a Jr, he's already 21 and his NBA clock is ticking quickly. He would be just about 23 by the draft after his senior year.

Monte is not a prep school kid, so he just turned 19 in June, so there's less incentive or pressure to leave early from that regard.

Who is to say he doesn't have a change of heart. I'd say if there is a guarantee lottery spot in next years draft he bolts.

Sat by Monte at a dinner a month ago. He said he's not going anywhere, at least after this year.

Well yeah but the odds of Monte becoming a "guarantee" to be drafted in the lottery are very slim. Even if he explodes this year.
