Yeah, that one was memorable, quick, thread the needle pass.

I don't think I'm exaggerating when I say he is the best pure point guard in college basketball.
He could move up a draft board real quick with a deep NCAA run. Nobody outside the Big XII knew who Jamaal Tinsley was until the tourney run of 2000, then LE had to work hard to get him to stay another year.Umm no. Lol. He won't even be on a draft board. Right now he's a very good college pg, but he's not nba material, yet.
Well, that's an obvious dealbreaker. He has a .647 fg%, ast/to is 6:1, rebounds pretty good for his size, great defender, the only thing he can't do is dunk.

Not to be the guy who brings up the Hawks, but it just makes me laugh really hard when I recall that they didn't recruit or offer him a scholarship, because they were "set" at PG.
Also, I seem to remember having these similar conversations about Brackins during the beginning of his sophomore campaign. Then all of a sudden he dropped 42 points on Kansas, and almost over night he was thought of as potential 1st round pick.
Similar thing happened with Royce. It didn't seem like he was going to leave, until we dominated UCONN and hung with Kentucky for half a game in the tournament.
Point is, his draft stock could change VERY quickly.
Gonna be a fun year
Jordan Clarkson from Mizzou got drafted last year... you never know. There may be a giant need at PG after this season. I could see a great season by Morris putting him on some NBA scouts radars. With ISU on the national radar now, people are going to get to see him play a lot. He has a higher NBA ceiling than Niang.Umm no. Lol. He won't even be on a draft board. You might want to check out Gonzaga's point
or one that came from Iowa.
As he has gotten more experience everything just seems to come easier and easier to MM. I don't think he gets enough credit for last season, his assist to turnover ratio gets brought up a lot but no one mentions the fact that he wasn't a starter until big 12 play started last year. That means the majority of his minutes and stats came when playing as a true frosh in the toughest conference in the country last year.
