Hey, what is your view on the current state of the mortgage underwriting process? Do you think we will see restrictions eased a bit after the governmental pressure to back off some of the restrictions?

From what im seeing so far i doubt it, its hard to tell but the government is monitoring the mortgage industry hard core and anything outside the box is frowned upon. I would say no because anything other than whats going on now could send the housing industry back to where it was.
