This is a blast.. i agree... maybe ferentz will come be our o-line coach 
What kills me is that they think they can get a better coach... to be honest, there aren't a lot of better coaches out there than they got (at least that would be willing to come to iowa). Now I too would have fired O'Keefe as my o-cordinator, just because I think the offense almost always under performs, but that's just a fan's observation

The best one is VintageHawkeye(artist formerly known as TSAClone on here), he's been epic all week since the ISU loss.
Can't believe there were so many calling for the coaches head and complaining about this game when there was so much time left... Now that they have the lead are they going to back to saying how they are still headed towards a January bowl game?!?

I have never seen all of the threads on the main page here about our coach or team being the worst and calling for everyone's head. Saw that earlier on HN. Played a good game though. Nice W for Iowa, makes us look better.
You shoulda seen the first quarter game thread here....minus the "fire the coach" stuff, it was roughly the same. Every fan base lives and dies with the ups and downs of the game. Part of watching a message board during a game (especially one where you are down 24-3 in the 3rd Q).
I understand that but not EVERY(or even 1 for that matter) thread here calls for the coachs' heads and/or says we suck, move on, etc.......Hawk fans have this false sense of entitlement that is funny to watch. You are NOT an elite program, you're going to have bad years and growing pains. The "next man in" thing doesn't apply to you because you don't get the talent of an Oklahoma, Alabama, Florida, etc. Get over yourself already and realize who you are and your place in the grand scheme of things. Your an above avg program who has good years and bad.
