People that kill someone should be punished accordingly. People who have a few drinks, drive home and get arrested for that (rather than causing an accident that killed someone) should also be punished accordingly. The two crimes are way different.

**** that. The point is that if you drive drunk you are putting others besides yourself in danger. If you can't be responsible enough to make sure you're under the legal limit, then you shouldn't be driving after drinking, period. If you're surprised by the fact you blow a .09 you're an idiot. I have no tolerance for ****tards that drink and drive. It's a very slippery slope either way. If you're going to drink, make appropriate accommodations. If you end up having an extra drink or two, call a damn cab or a friend. It's a really ******* simple concept, but people today are too worried about being inconvenienced by the fact that they need a ride when their car is right there... **** them. It is a whole lot more inconvenient for the family of the people you could kill, your family, and yourself if you get into an accident, pulled over or are maimed or killed... I've got no time for the inconsiderate apologists that say I only blew a .09. Too many people I know have been affected for life by a drunk driver.

Any update on if Nader is still on the team. Told a buddy this weekend with Peter Jok getting arrested for OWI on a moped it might be beneficial for Nader staying on the team.

Still listed on the 2013/14 roster on cyclones.com ... but still doesnt have twitter.

I don't think he was never in danger of being kicked off.

There was never any chance of him getting booted. It will be a 3 game or so suspension, just like Jordan Railey's.

Lmao he might get suspended a game or three, but he was never getting booted. Also I doubt we wait to see what Iowa does so we know what's acceptable. Iowa State is capable of their own decisions.

I think we should send an e-mail to all of the teams that Iowa plays to be on the lookout for a drunken moped rider.

I will name it John.

Seriously, $20. I'll be here win or lose. I'll actually be disappointed in Fred if I lose.

Fair enough. What I'm saying is with OWIs in Iowa, if you have a good case or attorney you can normally get the charges dropped. No charges, no reason he should miss any games.

If the charges stand, I think you are completely right and I will eat crow, and lose $20.
