Well...hes still made something like 60+ in a row from inside of 40. While he should have made every single one of those kicks, I am a firm believer that it is your offenses job to score. The game should never be decided on the kicker.

Tell that to the Patiots, who would probably not have won any Super Bowls, much less even made it to the Super Bowl, had it not been for Adam Vinatieri. Kickers are quite important in the NFL, and to have one that chokes time and time again in the playoffs is critical...

I don't see why everyone rips Norwood. He was dependable and missed a 46-47 yarder in the Super Bowl. It wasn't a gimme by any means. Bad time to miss, but still, not a gimme.
