I love the mentality but we kind of got screwed for having a challenging and tough scheduling and going to CKLV. Our wins didn’t outweigh our losses in many cases unfortunately and others got paid for ducking
We’ll see how wrestling the tough schedule prepares us for the tournament. Might have impacted our seeds, but could have the team better prepared. We’ll see

Unfortunately good wins don't seem to matter, at least compared to avoiding or ducking. You get more recognition and credit for that.

Also, college football, with regards to the SEC and B1G, is forcing their high profile teams to come together and play one another because that's what the fans want and what brings in money. College wrestling rewards you for a weak schedule and then we as a collective wrestling group complain as to why we can't draw people in.

I think Hendrickson doesn’t take any shots and then defers in second if his choice or takes top if he has to chose.
Strategy and adjustments in this potential rematch def make it as interesting as the first. Only time this year I’ve seen Yonger tired at the end of the 3rd. Hendrickson’s size, speed and pace are tough to deal with. Looking fwd to it

I’d be so pissed if im Mekhi. Get the 1 seed and have to go against Starocci in the quarters.

This is an all-time legendary thing - great job Coach Hahn! I heard them talk about this briefly on floradio yesterday and they just said no one else wanted to be on the committee, it wasn’t without effort. Other coaches just didn’t want to be involved in the process
This is what I heard, coaches and fans want to complain, but no coaches want on the committee.

I think I would be in favor of keeping the matrix in place but put some wrestling pollsters on the seeding committee. They would need to follow the same barometers as currently set up to avoid favoritism.

Saw this too. Laughed.

Then I looked at the rest of the committee, and the seeding started to make a little more sense. I mean…who are these people? I’m sure someone on here knows, but it ain’t me.
I don't know the others, but I can at least say Doug Tiedt is a useless member of the committee. Unless the qualfications are wearing a nice suit with slick ponytail while wandering aimlessly around the UW Fieldhouse during home meets.
