I will say that I was absolutely shocked that Tony Jones outran your defense for that long TD. He is really, really slow, and his lack of speed is a running joke on the ND boards.

KenND- Thanks for the info... never know how the bowl games go and your guys performed well. I was at the quarter final last year and saw ND struggle in that game so I am only hoping ISU can bounce back next year, make another bowl, and reverse our fortunes. All we can do now is tip our hats and move on. Hoping we can meet again soon and bring a better game for you.

Thank you, and I wish that you’d have been treated to a better game against Clemson last year. The defense was where it needed to be, but ND’s offense just isn’t at the elite level yet. Hopefully soon.
Regardless of what happened in the CW Bowl against ND, I think that Iowa State seems like they’re on the rise. You have a good coach that has been willing to stay put, which is the most important thing. Recruits will notice if the W-L record keeps improving and you continue to get to bowl games. It’s a process and it just takes some time.
Because the vast majority of our pass plays have given Purdy a clean pocket?
Are you saying Purdy throws off his back foot on every play? Or most plays? Because he doesn't.
