You forgot about breakfast night. Even before we had kids, we probably had breakfast night once per month.

Before we had our son, we had chinese night every wednesday night. We a chinese cookbook, and picked up whatever else we needed.
Now that we have a 2 year old running around, we usually have to settle for something quicker.

My favorite spagetti recipe comes from the cookbook that came with my Rival crockpot. It's really easy to prepare, just let it simmer all day and it is ready to go at dinner time. I just get the frozen pre-sliced garlic bread, like Pepperidge Farm, heat up a couple slices in the oven and it's good to go. I like the frozen pre-sliced stuff because I'm single, so I have three servings of two slices of the bread, and I can usually eat the spagetti in three servings too so it works great. You can't beat that first night of the spagetti out of the crockpot, but it does reheat well too.

Do a turkey early with stuffing. The you can have leftovers for a week. Then you can avoid overeating turkey at Thanskgiving and sleeping through the football games.

I actually like to load up on the Tryptophan before the Detroit game starts.

I like Giada.

Try epicurious.com. They have recipes from the magazines Bon Apetit & Gourmet.

Right now I would like some spaghetti carbonara. Very Quick and Very Easy

Make a pizza and broccoli and cheese.

First cut up the broccoli and let it boil, then make a cheese sauce. Use velveeta and some milk, let that melt slowly in a pot while you prepare the pizza.

Take some mushrooms, green pepper, and onions, chop them up and sautee them in olive oil for about 10 minutes. Use the knife and threaten to stab your fiance. Next, prepare your dough. Lay it flat, add sauce, put on some cheese, add the veggies. Put a little more cheese on top. Use a whole tomato and cut it into thin circle slices and put it on top of the cheese in a circle. Cook about 18 minutes.

Well, we had bratwurst last night and catfish the night before. Also like italian sausage pattties and occasionally stuffed meatloaf ( layer of meat then stovetop stuffing, swiss cheese and then the rest of the meat on top.)
