Something easy is throw a pork roast, preferably pork serloin(its cheap and lean), into a crock pot in the morning and at dinnertime you'll have shredded pork. Drain the water and throw some BBQ sauce on it and instant BBQ.

We love our homemade enchiladas. Otherwise we seem to eat about the same stuff as you or go out for stuff.

Bake or crock chicken in coconut milk. If you like curry, throw in curry paste and simmer for a long time.

Cube chicken, kielbasa and make jambalaya in a pot.

Dude. If homemade pizza bores you, there is nothing I can do for you.

The list you present is a disparate collection of end products. What you need to do is explore the fundamentals of food. (Which is common; usually among people who aren't well-travelled, so don't feel bad)

For instance, have you tried your pizza with a pesto sauce, instead of a red sauce?

Go to some high end cooking stores and play around with new equipment, but don't buy anything. Go to exotic food stores and ask how to use some ingredients you've never had before. Buy some basic spices and smell, taste and experiment cooking with them, one at a time, and then in combination with each other.

Throw away anything that says "Hamburger Helper" on it.

You can made pasta about 500 ways, before you even put sauce on it.

Get yourself a book, or some videos on cookery, and experiment. Take a day with your fiance and play around with food. Expect to ruin more than you actually eat. Quit focussing on the end result, and start enjoying the process of cooking, instead.

And if you think that this post is just about food, you would be wrong. I would put money on that if you apply my advice to other parts of your relationship, you'd be surprised at how well things turn out.

One of my staples has been Chicken nuggets and tator tots. I usually just get Tyson nuggets and HyVee tator tots. Makes me feel like I'm at food service again. Another staple that I haven't actually had for awhile is "taverns". Just brown some meat, add some ketchup and mustard, and other seasoning if you so desire and voila! Again, tator tots make for a good side.

Of course, these and pretty much all of your favorites are bound to clog your arteries. So, I usually mix my staples with about 2 hours of workouts every day. Enjoy!
