The chart didn't transfer the best, but the point is clear. Manmade emissions are a miniscule addition to the total, especially when water vapor is accounted for, which most global warming alarmists leave out. That's like trying to analyze your business while leaving sales out of the equation. Makes for a pretty dark outlook.

Take this source for what it's worth, but you've got to question some of the measurements that are feeding into the models as well.

WorldNetDaily: 'Global warming' shocker – Who's minding thermometers?

From the source:

As a result of his shocking initial findings that temperature monitoring stations were constructed and placed without regard to achieving accurate recordings of natural temperatures

If there is a meteorologist alive that is shocked by this "discovery," then I'm shocked. Everybody knows that some weather stations always measure too cold (e.g., located in low-lying area), whereas others measure too hot, etc. They were originally located for convenience and availability of (untrained) observers, not to obtain the best possible climate data. I'm sure training and consistency has improved, though.

On the other hand, I don’t really see much relevance to the global warming debate.

He just wants to be able to go to the store to pick up his Beer, Cigs and Firemen for the night, much easier then going to three places.

lol for catching my typo. I had intended on using the term "firearms" rather than "firemen"

The problem with the whole dealio, is that the "consensus" (I hate that word) is that there is very little we can do to diminish whatever impact man has had on global warming. Therefore, is it really worth the economic cost to try?

Perhaps we should concern ourselves with dealing with the consequences of man-made OR natural warming/cooling, rather than wrecking economies for marginal gains intended on diminishing man-caused global warming.

And, frankly, the folks who wallow in self-guilt about how we "destroy" the environment just tick me off.
